Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees

Customer service and/or sales experience

Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office

Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our staffing app – JobStack, our text alert system and more.

Take inbound orders from new and existing customers and enter them into our system.

Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner according to standardized payroll processes.

Technology skills including but not limited to: Total comfort navigating database software, internet, email management, file management, & video-conferencing

Acknowledge child care requests that are received and staff the requests accordingly

Coordinate and manage client and nanny schedules

Answer all telephone calls/emails/texts in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner

Shift between other responsibilities depending on the office needs

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Research and interpret Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification standards in rating job applications.

Provide input to management on recruitment and placement issues and recommend ways to resolve problems of job turnover and workforce planning.

Ensures adherence to case file management procedures.

Support generating offer letters, employee on boarding and new employee orientation as needed.

Eight (8) or more years' federal staffing experience.

Hands on experience with Monster Government Solutions, HR Connect (People Soft)
