Overview The Baseball Program is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive baseball program for all levels of play. This includes coaching, instruction, and mentoring of players, as well as the development and implementation of a comprehensive program for the development of baseball skills and knowledge. The Baseball Program will also be responsible for the recruitment and selection of players, the scheduling of games and practices, and the organization and management of team activities. Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, or a related field

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level
