Experience with website content management systems (CMS) a plus.

Possesses functional knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

Experience with graphic design in Adobe Photoshop.

Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere.

Experience managing multiple social media platforms a plus.

Experience with social media advertising and content scheduling software a plus.

Knowledge in Spanish a plus

Experience designing with the Adobe suite

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Practical experience on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more

Create and implement marketing campaigns

Monitor analytics to identify trends and opportunities

Social Media Intern Qualifications / Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to perform & manage online engagement maintaining brand voice and awareness

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom & Canva

Must have a passion for the Fashion Industry and knowledge of current trends

Produce daily content for stories and post- Daily Morning mantra, inspo boards, and product features

Ability to develop and utilize scheduling and time management techniques in the daily performance of responsibilities

Recent successful experience working in an educational/mental health setting, with students who have serious social- emotional challenges

Creates a comprehensive plan and delivers instruction in social skills.

Uses technology to produce and manage student information

Ability to assess and teach developmentally relevant social and behavioral skills

Ability to learn and apply mental health based strategies with education services in a public school setting

Work with influencer agency team to manage day-to-day of our always-on influencer program

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Any experience or proficiency with Creative Cloud products is a plus!

Assist in reviews and concept thought starters for influencer content

Support upcoming launch activities on social and with influencers

Work closely with Express social team to provide support as needed

Report to assigned Social Media Specialist, receiving feedback, and providing knowledge/insight on social media content as necessary.

Related intern experience in marketing and business research is preferred.

Experience with photography, videography, editing, set design, and post-production.

Understanding of social media channels and working knowledge of influencer marketing

Support teams in promoting campaigns and products through planning, scheduling, and publishing content.

Research trends and ideate new concepts that correspond with those trends.

The position is 70% remote and 30% in-person.

Social media marketing experience is not required, we're really looking for people interested and excited in Brand Capture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Create social media posts for clients.

Develop marketing strategy documents and brand guides.

Write captions for social media posts using effective SEO & hashtag strategy.

Collaborate with and train staff on behavior management techniques and other strategies to support youth;

Reports to REAL Kids Program Manager.

1+ years of experience facilitating groups with elementary school aged youth required;

Experience providing direct service to youth who have experienced trauma;

Experience and cultural competence in working with black and Latino youth and parents;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Knowledgeable in using statistical software programs such as Nvivo, SPSS, or Stata to analyze data – a plus but not required

The responsibilities for the position include:

Conduct literature reviews on current social studies issues and summarizing current research

Assist staff in the review and identification of scholarly information describing research in the field of social studies

Participate in the collection, analysis, and review of research and evaluation data

Develop spreadsheets and databases focusing on the analysis of state social studies standards
