SUMMARY

Purpose is to increase awareness of the Subaru product and the Subaru retailer within a specific market by assisting retailers on becoming more effective marketers and aligning with SOA. This strategy is also intended to quickly elevate the strength of the current and future Subaru retailer (dealership) marketing efforts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Retention Performance – With retailers develops processes and programs to improve owner relations and loyalty.
  • Provides consistent communication to District Managers and retailers on SOA and regional marketing initiatives to ensure synergy between advertising message, marketing programs, and events.
  • Identifies, develops, and implements appropriate zone-level marketing activities that are consistent with overall SOA and regional direction.
  • Works with District Managers and retailers to more effectively utilize the Subaru Ad Fund to ensure maximum share of voice in the market for Subaru vehicles as well as fixed operations.
  • Activates SOA/Regional Marketing Programs (i.e., Auto Shows, Events, Sales Events, etc.) at the local/retailer level by assisting District Managers and retailers with brainstorming and program development.
  • Communicates national and regional incentive programs and sales challenges to retailers and District Managers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides a Return on Investment (ROI) or post analysis on all events, sales, or media programs.
  • Strong interaction with Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Role should provide a "one-stop" shop for ALL things Zone and Retailer marketing related; Sales, Parts & Service (Care Connect, PROFIT BOOSTERS, accessories, etc.).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)
  • Required Travel: 60% (with overnight stays)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience

COMPENSATION

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $$108200 - $154500 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that is acceptable or probationary under the SOA Driving Record Evaluation Criteria Policy. Must be approved as an "Authorized Driver" by Risk Mgmt. to operate company vehicle prior to vehicle operation.
