Zerto Professional Services (ZPS) is focused on helping customers expedite benefit realization from their Zerto investment. This is accomplished through service offerings designed to mitigate operational risk and optimize Zerto environments, all while expanding customer knowledge and value. ZPS delivers results across a range of IT resilience use cases to maximize a customer’s return on their Zerto investment.

ZPS consultants are individual contributors, with leadership capabilities, delivering value across a range of customer engagements, working as engagement staff, to deliver, advise customers post sale.

Key responsibility is to provide advanced IT resilience expertise for assigned engagements, while consistently producing high-quality deliverables, and customer satisfaction across multiple ZPS service areas.

What Capabilities You Should Bring

  • Researching, troubleshooting, and solving complex IT resilience issues.
  • Deploying IT resilience in various architectures, including but not limited to VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS.
  • Managing simultaneous service delivery engagements, for multiple customers.
  • Understanding and working successfully with emerging IT resilience approaches, issues, standards, and regulations.
  • Developing solutions to solve various operational, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, and mobility problems.
  • Educating customers on the application of various IT resilience use cases.
  • Delivering dependency mapping, business impact analysis, risk assessment, and resilient architectures.
  • Potentially traveling domestically and internationally.
  • Demonstrating advanced customer management, consulting, leadership, and personnel development skills.
  • Supporting customers globally, requiring time-zone flexibility to align with customer’s local business hours.
  • Designing, installing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing IT resilience solutions.

What Capabilities Would Add Value

  • Designing, deploying, configuring, integrating, and optimizing Azure and/or AWS for IT resilience.
  • Identifying and addressing customer’s operational IT resilience improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Experimenting and developing new ideas for service engagements and the application of Zerto.
  • Understanding of LAN, WAN, SAN, and other networking/security considerations impacting IT resilience.
  • Data center conidiations/migrations for on-premise and cloud supported architectures.
  • Leveraging IT discovery tools to rationalize IT resilience assessments.
  • Integrating HPE platforms and technologies for a comprehensive IT resilience solutions.
  • Writing whitepapers, service delivery processes and procedures, presentations, proposals, etc.
  • Supporting marketing and pre-sales efforts around new and existing ZPS service offerings.

Annual Salary: $56,900.00 - $130,600.00
