We're currently seeking a skilled Script Writer, preferably with a strong background in photography and business, to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing scripts for training videos, designed to support budding content creators navigating the business aspects of their craft.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for creating weekly two-part video scripts. Part one will captivate our YouTube audience, leading them towards our website, and part two will provide our members with insightful, actionable strategies for building a successful content creation business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our video production team to ensure the script aligns with visual storytelling.
• Write detailed scripts for our members, offering insightful, actionable tips for building a successful content creation business.
• Develop compelling narratives that engage our YouTube audience and drive viewers towards website sign-ups.
• Meet script deadlines and provide necessary revisions.
• Create three two-part video scripts per week for our YouTube channel and website members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to simplify complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the photography, videography, and filmmaking industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging and informative scripts.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting software.
• Proven experience as a Script Writer or similar role in the content creation industry.

- Fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Collaborate with editors and other team members to refine and improve written content
- Adapt writing style to meet the needs of different audiences and platforms
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style
- Proficiency in using word processing software and other relevant tools
- Familiarity with different writing styles, such as journalism, technical writing, copywriting, and creative writing
- Knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style or other style guides
- Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Note: Previous experience in proposal writing or technical writing is a plus.
