WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A YOUTH SUPPORT MENTOR
Our Youth Support Mentors are the lifeblood of our company! In this part-time or full-time role, we can be confident that our students are receiving the highest level of support because you are attentive and personal in every interaction you have. You assist our students with all aspects of their time at Monuments Academy by acknowledging 'wins' and leading by example on setting appropriate boundaries.
Each day, you take pride in being a part of a company that allows you to serve others through positive interactions and form strong personal relationships as well. You work hard to make sure every student feels valued and heard, and you enjoy working for a company that prides itself in changing lives! • Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be able to pass driving tests and remain up to date on required driving courses.
• 20+ years of age
• Understanding and practicing appropriate boundaries is essential.
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain in control during stressful situations, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
