Job Description

Kidvation Global, Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young imaginations to create innovative solutions. We have an out-of-school time Afterschool Enrichment Program for school-aged youth at Le Monde International Charter School (Norman, OK) that focuses on teaching youth about innovation and how to apply it in the real-world. Our program also combines STEM, Art Instruction, Aviation, and other fun & engaging activities thorughout the week. We are hiring a part-time Youth Enrichment Leader to work with youth (grades 3rd-5th) in this afterschool setting. The afterschool program operates from 3-6pm Monday through Friday. We will also operate Summer Leadership Camp activities during the summer in the months of June & July.


The following qualifications are required:

  • Be able to follow schedules & lesson plans.
  • Experience working with youth in an afterschool and/or camp setting.
  • Enjoy working with youth between the ages of 8-12.
  • Able to work part-time around 15-16 hours per week.
  • Able to lead a group of students in activities and Kidvation curriculum.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Have an outgoing personality that relates to students easily.
  • Must be fingerprinted and able to pass DHS background check.


Job Type:Part-Time, reports to Youth Enrichment Coordinator


Pay:$20 per hour


Education:Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)


License/Certification:Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder Level 4 or higher, please refer to this website for PDL 4 or higher qualifications:

Adult & Child CPR/AED (or must obtain within 1 month of hiring)

Pediatric First Aid (or must obtain within 1 month of hiring)
