Job Description

PRIME is looking to add a Youth Coordinator to our growing sports partnerships team!


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to negotiate contracts and think strategically
  • Create event overviews and communicate logistics internally and externally
  • Develop partnership proposals and present to youth leagues/programs
  • Communicate outreach to prospects via email, phone, etc. (must be comfortable cold-calling)
  • Manage weekly updates to present to management and leadership
  • Serve as main POC internally and externally with the Youth partners
  • Develop a youth program campaign that identifies partnerships and activation opportunities with youth leagues/programs
  • Work with creative team to build brand assets through the creative brief process
  • Build partnerships under the youth program pillars (leagues, tournaments, venues/training facilities, ambassadors)
  • Research youth programs and leagues to identify partnership opportunities
  • Manage meetings, agendas, and calendars through Microsoft and Microsoft teams
  • Build relationships/partnerships with agencies and professional athletes to provide product at youth camps
  • Curate brand decks that tell the story of PRIME Hydration
  • Research and analyze data that identifies areas/programs to target for partnerships


Requirements


  • Youth sports knowledge is preferred
  • Sponsorship/contract negotiation experience
  • Knowledge in sports business/management
  • 1-2 client management experience (agency or team/property preferred)
