About Us


We are a custom fabrication studio that specializes in exhibition design for retail environments, museums, office interiors, tv and film as well as experiential marketing and special events. Every day is different and we have amazing opportunities to make really unique and custom items.


We're growing and we're looking for several people with high degrees of skill in fabrication, finishing and leadership.


This would be a great job for someone who has been working in a prototyping shop or cabinet shop environment and has great skills in carpentry or metal fabrication, sculpting, problem-solving as well as high-quality spray finishes. Time management as well as supervisory skill are a must.

The Working Foreman/Job Lead position is a critical link in our production process. Their responsibilities include:


  • Communicating labor needs with the Studio Manager.
  • Delegating work tasks and maintaining quality while balancing the time constraints of the project.
  • Leading the installation team at jobsites.
  • Managing crews of 2 - 15 people depending on the size and scope of the project.
  • Working with the Shop Operations manager to ensure they have the tools and materials to complete their tasks.
  • Creative problem solving as well as the development of new processes and techniques to complete tasks on time and at budget.
  • Maintaining the culture of a Team Environment with the goal of Team success.
  • Facilitating workflow between departments, (most of our projects touch every department in the studio)
  • Working with Project Managers to determine best practices and fabrication methods for projects.


Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years minimum working in a job shop environment in a crew leadership position. They should be proficient in the safe handling and operation of carpentry shop power and hand tools: Table saws, chop saws, drill presses, hand routers, planers, etc. They should also have the ability to mentor and train fabricators of varying skill levels as needed while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
