Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team of Vacation Coordinators. As a Vacation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and organizing travel arrangements for clients.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Travel Coordinator, your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, determining clients’ budget, travel needs, and interests, providing confidential quotes and itineraries, processing payments on behalf of clients, and ensuring all necessary travel documents are provided to clients.


Requirements:


  • Must have reliable internet access and access to a computer
  • Must attend a 20 minute virtual meeting prior to beginning
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have rights to work in the United States
