Work From Home Client Success Specialist

Overview of the Role:

Our client is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join the Sales team and help grow the company.

You will be in charge of identifying and winning new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients face-to-face. You will play a critical and active role in growing our company.

As part of the team, you will:

• Identify and manage key risks and represent our company to potential clients and senior executives at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions
• Build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients
• Present our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives
• Scope and shape projects, define business solutions, and drive lead generation and sales efforts to hit revenue targets
• Be the driving force behind our client’s growth

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

• Proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
• Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is definitely a plus
