Work Day Support Specialist

Bachelor's degree or related experience sufficient to enable the candidate to perform the duties of the position.
Minimum 3-6 Years Of Relevant Desired Experience.

• ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience
• Other preferred skills:
• Job Scheduling tools such as: Autosys or CRON - (Nice but not a must)
• Re-Run Lambda's or Step Functions in AWS, CloudWatch for alerts / monitoring maintenance, analyze CloudWatch rules.
• S3, RDS, or Redshift
• Must have Workday Finance experience
• Specific relevant experience as an Integrations/Migrations Admin
• Candidate should have experience with Integration Administration publish reports in Workday, configuration changes to reports in Workday.
• Migration administration experience migrate reports from one environment to the next, configure reports appropriately in the Production environment.
• AWS experience is required to support the integrations between Workday and other Fannie Mae Applications Troubleshoot failures in SNS triggers, Lambda's, Step Functions.
• Configure security policies or access requirements for reports published in Workday
• Jenkins
• Concentration should be on strong experience with Workday Financials
• Confluence
• JIRA

If possible, any of the following Workday certifications are desirable. Any of the first four in bold would be the preferred certs, but any of them would be helpful.
