Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support/manage world-wide Enterprise-class, multi-forest Active Directory environments, including infrastructure maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Enforcement of standards
  • Participate in integration of new business activities
  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Server Build and Patching
  • Respond to, evaluate and fulfill end-user requests/tickets for assistance
  • Develop and maintain automation processes
  • Evaluates system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
  • Diagnose and solve problems facing Windows Infrastructure
  • Evaluate new developments and recommend infrastructure modifications
  • Work with teammates, clients, and other teams to identify and address systems problems
  • Operation and security of Windows Infrastructure including Active Directory across the company
  • Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices, and metrics
  • Develop new and improve existing processes and procedures as it relates to maintenance, automation, system testing, and functional validation
  • Manage Active Directory projects, including integrations and Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Participate in 24/7 On-call rotation
  • Respond to Enterprise system monitoring Software such as Solarwinds or Zabbix

Required Qualifications:

  • Skills in scripting (preferably powershell)
  • Experience using common Active Directory tools (DSQuery, ADSI edit, LDIF, LDAP tools, etc.)
  • Experience supporting (+5,000 user) Active Directory environments
  • Specific knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools for Active Directory, Microsoft Windows System Administration, Active Directory Migration Tools
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Engineering
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication issues related to Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP and DNS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Certifications such as but not limited to: Certified Network Engineer or Analyst, Microsoft Certified
  • Experience working in an Agile process
  • Solid knowledge of information security concepts
  • Experience with Linux/Red Hat Enterprise
  • Proven ability to stay abreast of new technology
  • Experience supporting Tier 0 / Tier 1 production infrastructure
  • Proven ability to consult with application development and other teams on migration and connectivity to public cloud structures
  • Proven ability to configure and support Azure Active Directory
  • Proven ability to implement changes to highly critical production infrastructure
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven ability to meet NAC security clearance
  • Knowledge of systems management and Patching with Tanium
  • Understanding of principles of ITIL, change management and configuration management
  • Experience supporting Microsoft PKI, and working with PKI vendors
  • Experience with VMware vCenter
  • Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
  • Experience with Azure AD
  • Experience supporting on premise Active Directory
  • Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
