We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Residential & Commercial Exterior Building Cleaner to join our team. If you get a sense of satisfaction after a hard day of physical work. You are tough, mentally, and physically. You have a healthy respect for heights but aren’t afraid of ladders or working on roofs. You are looking to grow professionally AND personally. Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the exterior walls, windows, and roofs of residential and commercial buildings.
• Identifying and reporting any damages or potential hazards.
• Using high-pressure washers, and other specialized equipment to clean buildings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Following all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in exterior building cleaning or related field.
• Ability to work at heights and operate specialized equipment.
