We are looking to add a Winch Truck driver to our team. We are a medium sized trucking company that runs heavy haul, multi axle and extendable trailers to transport various heavy equipment including oilfield equipment, compressors, drill rigs, generators, buildings, and more.

This position if for a heavy haul company driver. These drivers get one truck and you stay in that truck while employed with us. We don't switch trucks around to other drivers when you're on time off.

Our heavy haul drivers enjoy well maintained new trucks and good loads with great rates. Our office if fully staffed with an excellent team of trucking professionals working for you. You'll have a dispatch team behind you making sure you link runs together and stay loaded. All permits are done in house by our own permit technicians - that means you're never waiting on a permit and you keep rolling.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• A Current Class A CDL
• Clean MVR and clean inspection record
• 2 years Heavy Haul Driving Experience with Winch Truck Experience
• Pre-Employment qualifications and drug screening
• 5 years Commercial Driving experience

Additional Candidate Skills:

• Experience running a winch truck locally and over the road
• Experience with stretch trailers and multi-axle step and RGN trailers
• Knowledge of state weight allowances
• Knowledge of state laws for oversize loads and pilot car requirements by state
• Machine operating experience for loading and unloading

Salary:

• $1500 in reimbursable expenses for drivers to get to orientation (flights, gas, motels etc.)
• A $6000 signing bonus
• Salary: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 /year
