Job Description

Madison Hall Associates, a , is seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk to work remotely from home in a part-time or full-time capacity. As a WFH Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and addressing inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities


Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, and chat.

Develop a thorough understanding of products and services provided by the company to facilitate resolutions for inquiries.

Process customer orders and provide updates on delivery status.

Troubleshoot technical issues, follow-up on outstanding cases, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Communicate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.

Strive to achieve first-call resolution and customer satisfaction goals.
