The Wellbeing Program Manager will be responsible for the collaborative leadership of assigned projects involving the Nursing and Allied Health Wellbeing Program. The position supports the design, development, implementation, and continued evolution of a proactive strategy for an innovative health and well-being program focused on enhancing health and wellness through assessment, infrastructure, education, and intervention. The Program Manager works in collaboration with a broad group of stakeholders and interprofessional teams to promote a culture of wellbeing throughout the organization.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Supports the ongoing assessment and tracking of projects. Compiles summaries of participant data and class attendance inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
  • Assists in the development of budget, policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of wellbeing initiatives.
  • Coordinates wellbeing programing including speakers, consultants, training, vendors, and other programing needs. Manages multiple projects with deadlines and competing priorities independently.
  • Responsible for overall project management operational support to address the wellbeing needs of Nursing and Allied Health
  • Promotes and communicates organization’s priorities about wellbeing and directs staff to appropriate internal and external resources (via rounding, social media, SharePoint site, podcast)
  • Supports Director of Wellbeing and Joy in Practice in implementation of holistic programming designed to develop skills, behaviors and systems that enhance the wellbeing of our staff and decrease barriers to work-life integration and professional satisfaction.
  • Supports research opportunities and work collaboratively across discipline when appropriate to improve wellbeing assessment.
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Certification/Licensure/Registration
  • Education: A Bachelors degree in health education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Certifications in any professional wellbeing skills/behavior training (mindfulness, coaching, etc.) preferred.
  • Years of Relevant Experience
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI, Preferred proficiency with Redcap, and familiarity with maintaining project dashboards or using data analysis software (Qualtrics).
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining healthy boundaries .
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate health and/or wellness and trauma-informed program development.
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a growth mind-set, empathic approach to critical conversations/situations, preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, an ability to engage a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization
  • Computer Skills (i.e. Software/Hardware)


Education


Bachelor's Degree: Health Administration (Required)
