Job Description
Position Overview: Responsible for the fabrication, assembly and/or installation of components, equipment, systems and processes. Directly accountable for meeting customer expectations with respect to workmanship, quality and on-time completion for the assigned project. Performance to be measured against delivery to customer's expectations and business deliverables as defined by Tuttle Inc.


Essential Job Functions


  • Ensuring that all equipment and tools used on the project are in safe working order and fit for use and that the right tools and equipment are available to do the job safely
  • Develop and foster business relationships with clients, vendors and sub-contractors
  • Responsible for adhering to all clients operating procedures and programs while executing projects at vendors site, including ensuring all Tuttle associates on site are trained according to client requirements
  • Provide a safe working environment for Tuttle employees, subcontractors and client associates
  • Responsible for tracking, logging and submitting materials used from stock for each project
  • Responsible for ensuring fabrication, assembly and installation of components, equipment, systems and/or processes are done in accordance to Tuttle "First time right" approach
  • Represent Tuttle Inc. professionally and with integrity at all times of interaction with clients, vendors, sub-contractors in both business and personal situations


Job & Performance Expectations


  • Duties as assigned by Tuttle Inc. management necessary to deliver to against Tuttle business performance targets. Examples include: Technical training, Safety team member, safety training, etc.
  • Complies with the Confidentiality and Non-solicitation agreement and the Social Media policy.
  • Ability to consistently deliver projects to:
  • Clients satisfaction
  • Compliance with all client, state, federal or local standard operating procedures, regulations and guidelines
  • 100% on time delivery of project completion against customer defined deadlines and start-up dates
  • Projects assigned must be executed safely at all times, with no accidents or lost time injuries
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the Project Management group, Engineering and design group and the customer


Qualifications


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience


Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) from an accredited college or university in a technical field; or three to five years mechanical fabrication/installation experience.


Knowledge Skills And Other Abilities


  • Ability to effectively read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of all OSHA compliance requirements for the "General Industry" category.
