Job Description

Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and administration of SFM’s website. Perform a range of IT, marketing, and website development tasks to ensure SFM has a functional website that represents the organization and mission. Respond to security issues and troubleshoot and resolve a variety of website performance issues. Ensure the website has accurate and current domain and hosting information to prevent potential downtimes.Responsible for managing all aspects of a website, blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos, and webpages. Assist with creating new content for the website or auditing its existing content to identify areas of improvement. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and management (SEM) efforts to promote the website's presence and increase web traffic.

  • Monitor website security breaches and respond to them as needed.
  • Develop and distribute RFPs for website upgrades and related outside vendor needs.
  • Implement security measures to protect websites.
  • Update website coding frequently.
  • Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
  • Reply to, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues.
  • Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
  • Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.
  • Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies.
  • Follow industry best practices.
  • Create strategies to improve website traffic.
  • Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor, and update websites for organizations.
  • Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns.
  • Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions.
  • Identify ways to improve website user experience.
  • Audit content and remove duplicate information.
  • Evaluate competitors' websites.
  • Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Website management experience
  • Display strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM
  • Experience monitoring and deciphering website analytics
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in Website management including CRM, SEO, SEM
  • Experience working with outside vendors and partners
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Adhere to all pertinent Saint Francis SOPs, rules, policies, and procedures; by accepted accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and statutes
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion to meet deadlines and requirements
  • Create goodwill for agency in communities where programs and services are delivered.
  • Independent discretion/decision making within the scope and responsibility of the position and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Must pass a Centralized Background Check and any background checks deemed to be necessary
  • Excellent and accurate computer skills
  • Digital and Social Media advertising experience
  • Report unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management and safety protocol
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
  • Knowledgeable of and follow all safety procedures
  • Experience with Various CRM platforms
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in deadline-driven environments
  • Ensure clients’ rights are protected
  • Report unusual incidents through appropriate risk Management and safety protocol
  • Collaborator that supports corporate decisions and Saint Francis’ vision, mission, and ministry
