Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide training and support.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that sites provide content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Liaison between Marketing and Tech Solutions teams.
  • In conjunction with the Sr Vice President of Marketing, work to facilitate the plan and vision for the websites.
  • Performs analysis of databases and websites.
  • Create and implement robust, secure and useable web applications.
  • Pull analytics and build reports.
  • Publish content to sites and update content frequently as requested by corporate or field.
  • Monitor up-time, web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
  • Create and execute email-based marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain appropriate security and troubleshoots any issues in collaboration with Tech Solutions Web Support Team
  • Will work in conjunction with the Marketing and Technology Solutions teams to administer both corporate and property websites.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO to maximize traffic to websites.
  • Fluency in graphic editing and design programs a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Familiarity with Teamwork project management tool a plus.
  • Experience with email-based marketing campaigns required.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Knowledge of Content Management software such as Content Stack (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and an up-to-date awareness of marketing techniques.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, HTML, and Google Analytics.
