We're seeking a Web Strategist responsible for delivering customer success by facilitating the coordination of website-based projects to completion. Through customer engagement, you will bring strategic user experience value to address key persona pain points and drive website conversion. You are able to think on your feet and make intelligent decisions to solve for the user and create high-quality deliverables with tactical precision to accomplish the customer’s business objectives.
The Day-to-Day
  • Maintain client retention and drive upgraded revenue from service upsells and existing business by solving for the customer.
  • Assist in quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues.
  • Monitor client success through analytics and recommend solutions.
  • You’ll craft data-driven strategies through web audits and wireframes to help your clients achieve their goals.
  • You’ll be the client-facing project manager and primary point of contact overseeing website design and development for a portfolio of B2B technology companies.
  • You’ll identify client business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics.
Within 90 Days You Will
  • You’ll participate in our robust onboarding process and role-based training. We’re excited to support your success from Day 1.
  • Get to know your portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Immerse yourself in becoming an expert in Hubspot’s Hubs, completing the certifications required of an Elite partner.
  • Start your involvement in regular communication with clients and internal teams on client performance, demand generation plans, and in-flight initiatives.
Within 6 Months You Will
  • Manage and allocate developers’ time and tasks.
  • Create wireframes to present recommended layouts based on content strategy and page objectives.
  • Create content outlines and communicate content strategies to assist your clients in the content creation process.
  • Conduct website audits and generate user experience, conversion rate optimization, content strategy, and user interface improvements/recommendations.
  • Begin to coordinate projects to ensure scope and budget are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Within 1 Year You Will
  • Help solve for process inefficiencies to improve the client journey and internal productivity.
  • Proactively identify business and operational opportunities that will drive your professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Web team to help the team learn and grow.
About You
  • You have 1-2 years of professional work experience (e.g, website strategy, marketing strategy, UX design, UI design).
  • Experience creating wireframes.
  • Have working knowledge of web-based applications such as Sketch, InVision, HubSpot, WordPress, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Have working knowledge of web analytics and tracking implementation and are familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • You're proficient in managing and prioritizing your time to service a diverse client portfolio.
  • You approach change with curiosity and are open to adapting processes to keep pace with the rapidly growing HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Have held a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology space, and have worked cross-functionally.
