The Cabinet Door Store is a family-owned business that sells cabinet parts and hardware online to carpenters, woodworkers, and homeowners.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking talent to join our team.

Position: Web Sales Team Member

Description

Web Sales Team Members are responsible for all aspects of sales and customer service opportunities coming through the company’s e-commerce website. This is a full-time permanent position with an established workweek of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Receive phone calls, emails, and chats from B2C and B2B customers.
  • Assist customers with product, pre and post-sales questions.
  • Provide timely quotes and order entry for customers.
  • Maintain order statuses and customer information in the company website backend
  • Provide feedback to other departments to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate in a variety of mediums with clarity and efficiency
  • Must have great customer service skills; Be able to quickly adapt to different types of customers and requests
  • Must have estimating skills; Have knowledge of or be able to learn custom-made wood products, cabinet hardware, and interior design concepts
  • Must have good computer and web navigational skills
  • Must have a quiet and organized place to work from with high-speed internet
