Web Engineer Jobs

This is a remote position.

We are seeking either an associate or experienced Web Designer to support a small consumer digital spaces company.

This is a remote opportunity in the U.S.; however, must be available to work 9:30AM-3:30PM (PST)

Job Summary:

This role will work across several challenges including internal databases, inverted indices, cryptography, graph drawing and UI workflows.

• End-to-End encryption

• Familiarize yourself with the company's application and architecture

Requirements

Education:

• BS in Computer Science

Required:

• Expertise with Typescript with a firm grasp of Computer Science fundamentals
• Passion for solving complex engineering problems that require critical thinking
• 3-8 years of relevant professional work experience
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup
• Typescript, Rust, WebAssembly, Rust/Wasm (early-stages)

Preferred:

• Openness to WASM + Rust
• Experience with MVVM architecture

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $145,000. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal, and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
