GLUX Automotive is seeking a talented creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our company websites, from layout to function. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

•Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using best software development practices.

• Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices.

•Maintain and update websites as needed.

•Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

• Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish.
• Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content

Qualifications

•Proven work experience as a Website Developer or similar role.

•Experience with WordPress, Drupal, etc.).

•Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

•Familiarity with graphic design tools isa plus.

•Knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques.

•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
• At least 1 - 2 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
