Wax Specialist Jobs

Rio Jewel Spa is seeking a Licensed Aesthetician/Cosmetologist who will be responsible for providing professional waxing services to clients in a spa setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on proper aftercare for their waxing service.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by following proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients are comfortable and relaxed during their service.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new techniques to provide the best services to clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
• Perform waxing services on clients.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Delaware Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Proven experience in performing waxing services. (Preferred)
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a face paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform waxing services for several hours at a time.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period.
• Must be able to bend, stretch and twist.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
