Primary Function

The incumbent works within a trade or occupation in order to gain work experience. Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop business, financial and analytical skills needed for career of his or her choice.
• Will coordinate any / all office support duties as assigned.
• Will be accountable for specific responsibilities which are unique to the area assigned such as Recruiting, Accounting, Marketing, etc.
• Support assigned team in project creation and staffing, project closing, project plan development, etc.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
• May answer phones and act as receptionist.
• Develops all supporting spreadsheets and other analytical materials with minimal errors.
• Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
• Updates manager regarding project status on a regular basis.
• Demonstrates ability to respond quickly and appropriately to the needs as identified.
• Works independently and is responsible for meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
