Warehouser Jobs

A Duie Pyle is seeking a part-time Warehouser to work in our Allentown, PA location. Our warehouse workers are responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, and packing and unpacking freight. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred. Often, our warehouse workers are asked to maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work.

Start time: 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour. Rate will increase to $21.50 after 12 months of employment

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Operating with a customer service first mentality
• Physically lifting and moving boxes
• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
• Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment – carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Position qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
