Job Description
Wanted: Motivated and organized go-getter who wants to be a key part of a great company.


We need you to help us maintain our excellent quality of service our team has come to expect. Must be very driven, a self-starter, and welcome to a challenging, fast-paced work environment. Primary tasks consist of warehouse inventory, procurement of new supplies/material, scheduling shipping and receiving, and assisting with project coordination throughout the construction process.


Must live in the Nashville area, position is based in corporate office located in Greenbrier, TN.

Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects, primarily steep and low slope roofing, siding, and gutters.


Responsibilities


  • Produce production reports daily/weekly
  • Actively pursue cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
  • Input procurement data into tracking spreadsheets on a regular, on-going basis
  • Request and follow up with suppliers on corrections for inaccurate invoices
  • Provide daily support to field supervisors before, during, and after the job
  • Support team in acquiring job permits and licenses required for each job
  • Monitor material returns, rental returns, and permit finals to ensure proper close out of jobs
  • Additional task/duties as assigned
  • Quote and finalize rental agreements for jobsite equipment
  • Work with accounting department to keep inventory tracking up to date
  • Accumulate job data and distribute company-wide daily production report
  • Manage warehouse inventory of newly purchased and returned materials
  • Gather materials from stocked inventory for upcoming projects


Education And/or Experience


  • Critical thinker, detail oriented, good time management skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Warehouse and/or Inventory background a must
  • Understanding of roofing/construction material a plus
  • Good knowledge of math, calculations, and data entry
  • Ability to complete tasks with little or no direct supervision or instruction
