Warehouse Worker - Tractor

Monday - Friday 830AM - 500PM

Saturday - Rotational Based

The individual should be personable, a problem solver, intelligent and able to adapt to all of the factors around them – Customers, suppliers, department employees, and co-workers.

• All receiving of emergency and stock parts orders from vendors
• A solid understanding of the physical aspects of a parts inventory system
• Proficient parts knowledge
• Parts sales order picking, packing and shipping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintains excellent parts and service department and sales force relations
• Class C license (NON-CDL) or higher is required.
• Operates within all parts policies and procedures of the company
• Technical school diploma in parts operations, or equivalent experience in warehousing in a distribution business
• Must have the ability to operator a powered forklift safely
• Create & Assemble hydraulic hoses per specified requirements
• Great communications skills
• Contributes to high employee morale
• Good physical skills on equipment and an aptitude for manual work
• Operates company vehicles as directed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Timely management and inspection of parts cores
• Performs physical inventory counts in coordination with inventory control and parts management
• Warehouse training in a distribution field

This position works in both a warehouse environment with some outside exposure and office environment. May, on a continuous basis sit at a desk for long periods of time, answer phone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. May on a continuous basis, walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds. The wearing of approved safety equipment (i.e. safety glasses with side shields and steel toe footwear) is required. Noise level in the office is usually low and the noise level in the warehouse may range from low to moderate. Must be flexible during peak season to work overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to customers. Must be able to operate a powered forklift safely.
