Warehouse Worker Smuttynose Brewery/Finestkind Brewing, LLC SUMMARY The Warehouse Worker is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring customer orders are made available on time for delivery/pick-up; ensuring finished goods, raw material and packaging inventory is maintained in an orderly and efficient manner; staging raw material and packaging inventory in order to appropriately support production requirements. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for achieving quality, productivity, and customer service goals related to the Warehouse. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan with co-workers the daily activities of the Warehouse Work with co-workers to establish daily, weekly and monthly performance goals for the warehouse/production floor, along with the VP of Operations and related functions (Production, Brewers, Quality, Maintenance) to devise plans to achieve those goals Monitor and maintains cleanliness and overall physical condition of the warehouse and equipment Complete knowledge and utilization of our SAP based system, Orchestrated Beer, for daily input of warehouse related data and inventory tracking Develop and maintain operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and tracking warehouse inventory Keeps accurate records, prepare and submits documentation and various reports as requested Manage warehouse safety to include proper stacking & warehouse organization, forklift operation/certification, and proper job and safety training Identify and implement ways to improve and promote efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and inventory management policies within the company Perform other duties as required or assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS 3 + years' experience in Warehouse Operations preferred Demonstrated ability to prioritize work tasks and manage equipment accordingly Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Work as a group to form a commitment to goals and objectives Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain quality Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required Must be hands on, active in daily activities of the Warehouse, and knowledge of all related processes Ability to drive a fork lift and commercial box truck Ability to accommodate scheduling changes as needed Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices Ability to lift 50+lbs Finestkind Brewing Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Finestkind is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
