Warehouse Worker 3Rd Shift Sun - Thu

Work as a 3 or 4 person crew to send and stack the city orders. Neatly stack and organize the products according to pattern up to 8 feet high. Load and unload trailers to fellow crew members stacking up to 11 feet high. Hours for this position are Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 5:30am. Overtime is available as needed.

Job Duties

• Unload trailers with either a fork lift or power hand jack
• Compare code dates to make sure sending oldest product first
• Send product from warehouse to garage to be staged behind route truck
• Scan products onto orders.
• Send product from warehouse to semi-trailer to be stacked by crew members
• Follow directions as given
• Stack product from warehouse behind route truck
• Unload product from trailers to be stacked in warehouse

Job Qualification

Communicate with others to maintain a safe and friendly work place. Past experience in a warehouse or material handling setting is a plus. Ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Job functions

• Able to lift/push/pull up to 60lbs, frequently lifting 4lbs to 35lbs
• Determine product by reading label on box to pick order
• Reach out with arms from body to lift and carry 65% of the day
• Work at a quick pace continuously for the entire work day
• Dependable attendance is required
• Operate forklift to load and unload trailer
• Use RF scanners to track and send loads
• Work at or below waist level for 35% of the day
• Work at or above shoulder level for 35% of the day
• Walk or stand continuously for the entire work day
• Operate powered pallet jack to load/unload trailer
• Accurately count and keep track of counts
• Safely work around conveyers and machinery

FULL TIME BENEFITS:

Weekly pay, OT after 8 hours per day, Paid time off, Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, Life, Pension plus 401k with company matching. Typically Sunday - Thursday plus overtime as needed. Starting rate is $20.81 with increases after 9 months, 12, months and 15 months and yearly increases per contract thereafter. Plus additional .25c per hour for shift starting after 1:00pm and also, .20c per hour if on time all week.
