We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Unloader. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule & Pay

• $23.00 an hour
• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - until finished, plus overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Renewable-fiber carpeting.
• Ripening room.
• Our warehouse team members go through extensive training to ensure safety and accuracy which intel’s of:
• Secure facility with 24/7 guards.
• Staging in proper Temperature Zone
• Notify your lead/supervisor of any concerns such as product temperature, code dates, damages, and anything else that is pressing.
• Keep all dock doors closed when not in use.
• Ability to accurately unload and separate products by:
• Product Number
• Light-reflective roofing material.
• Recycled insulation.
• Automatic HVAC and motion sensor lighting.
• Perform within set “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI’s).
• Eight temperature zones.
• Wrap pallets as directed by leadership.
• Perform all aspects of unloading load operations with minimal supervision.
• Low energy/high lumen light bulbs.
• 36,500 product slots.
• Plastic and corrugated recycling bailing.
• 26 refrigerated and 17 dry dock doors.
• Remove and document the damages.
• Set Ti-Hi
• Work in temperatures as low as -10 degrees. (Our warehouse includes dry, cooler and freezer storage. We’ll provide the cooler/freezer wear as needed.).
• Code Date
• Sustainable building designs.
• Keep assigned dock area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must complete pre-employment physical agility test.
• Previous experience operating Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, Slip Sheet/Clamp.
• Working knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions using sound judgement.
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience within the food industry; specific to unloading.
• Ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide self-motivation with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience working in a similar setting.
