Job Description

QTC is seeking an RHRP-3 Warehouse Technician Sr on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).

  • Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

What part would you play in this mission?

  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality
  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner
  • Provide logistical support to the RHRP team
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle
  • Maintain all RHRP supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets.
  • Responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed
  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again

Competencies:

  • Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)
  • Knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You must have:

  • High School or GED
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Job Details:
  • Training: 2 months
  • Work location in Wood Dale IL; Location: 1350 N Michael Dr Suite A, Wood Dale, IL 60191
  • Working Monday- Friday with some flexibility between the hours of 7am-5:30pm
