Warehouse Supervisor Jobs

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage assigned customer accounts. You will oversee, facilitate and lead the daily activities of the warehouse including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and workforce. Lead and manage staff to organize and support distribution operations to satisfy customer expectations and meet company goals while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Safeguards operations by ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining a safety-first mentality
• Reports shipping and receiving performance daily to the Operation Manager, identifying problems and providing recommendations for solutions
• Prepares orders for shipment and process orders through WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Requests, orients and trains new hire candidates and existing staff to meet required labor needs daily
• Keeps a positive, motivated attitude towards work and tasks assigned and instills that in fellow employees
• Provides regular reporting to management
• Able to analyze data generated by WMS
• Documents all orders that have outstanding issues every evening and prepares the following days beginning work before departure each day
• Troubleshoot order and inventory discrepancies as needed
• Other tasks as needed and required
• Utilizes system data to examine daily individual worker productivity
• Prepares safety and accident reporting when necessary
• Able to push, pull and lift independently up to 50 lbs
• Maintains frequent communications with colleagues across departments and with all involved parties including customers

• Optimizes warehouse staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining, and evaluating quality of employee's work
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse building, reporting any maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
• Oversees side by side assembly and staff
• Successfully manages shipping, receiving, export, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time by enforcing policies and procedures
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and request replenishment as appropriate

• WMS and RF technology experience
