Warehouse Workers
Overview: Contract position based in a USA warehouse.
Contract Duration: Minimum 4 months.
Must be in possession of a valid USA visa and eligible to travel to the USA.
Must comply with USA travel Covid vaccination requirements.
Must be available immediately and prepared to work in the USA for a minimum of 4 months.
Duties

• Bin maintenance follow a defined process to consolidate warehouse stock in a logical, neat and safe manner.
• Receiving parts from suppliers, bulk and individual packages. Offloading trucks and containers.
• Log all the above activities on a handheld scanning device.
• Picking parts from specific warehouse locations.
• Packaging of parts to ensure the quality of the part is maintained during shipping.
• Binning of parts in specified warehouse locations.
• Dispatch of packages and bulk orders to the customer.

Requirements

• Previous experience using a handheld scanning device to carry out warehouse duties.
• Attention to detail, specifically part numbers, stock locations and quantity counts.
• Must be prepared to work overtime as and when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Manually handling,(lift or carry), OSHA allowed weight.
• Must have at least 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must be willing to be a team player, work with & assist other team members.
• Crane,driver's licence & forklift licence will be an added advantage.
• Communication skills, written and verbal.
• Matric/N3 /Level 4
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
