Job Description


Are you a Night Owl? Do you have warehouse picker/packer experience? Onin Staffing has the job for you! We are currently recruiting for Night Ops Picker Packers for a drug distribution center in Durham.


  • Affordable health insurance you can use with $5 Dr Visit copays and $5 prescriptions
  • Sunday 4:30pm until finished usually around 3AM Mon-Thurs 6:30pm until work is completed typically 3am
  • Free Telemedicine and Telehealth
  • $16/hour plus overtime


As a picker/packer you are responsible for the customer order fulfillment of full case items


  • Operation of motorized warehouse equipment (pallet jacket, forklift, cherry picker, etc.) to pull cases.
  • Pick full case orders to the customer’s order specifications.
  • Pick full case orders correctly and efficiently according to wave assignments.
  • Separate printed orders by wave assignment.
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance record according to company policy.
  • Responsible for charging motorized warehouse equipment after use.


Work Experience


The Preferred Candidate should be:


  • Operation of motorized warehouse equipment (pallet jacket, forklift, cherry picker, etc.) to pull cases.
  • Be coachable and eager to learn
  • Responsible for charging motorized warehouse equipment after use.
  • Separate printed orders by wave assignment.
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Detail oriented


Background Requirements : MUST have a clean background with only minor traffic violations.
