Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Photography Production Assistant, you will photograph items ranging from designer clothing to fine jewelry and watches, capturing detailed images that showcase product condition. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Other tasks as assigned
• Arrange product and dress mannequins consistently and efficiently for photography, achieving hourly and daily quota requirements
• Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
• Photograph consigned product for the website, following our TRR company styling guidelines
• Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (dressing and lifting mannequins, moving product, etc.)
• 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time
• Adaptability and openness to change
• Ability to read and write in English
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite, and Canon cameras

The expected hourly rate for this role is $15.00 - $15.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
