Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector
Reports To: Outbound Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full Time

Job Summary: The Warehouse Order Selector accurately picks cases of product using proper lifting in conjunction with the conveyor lines.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist other pick aisles as needed.
• Clean assigned area at the end of shift.
• Promptly push the button to reset PTL once cases are picked and loaded on conveyor.
• Accurately pick cases from bins with PTL lights on.
• Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
• Responsible for clearing pallets from bins once they are empty to support replenishment.
• Consistently communicate with Replenisher on needs of given pick aisle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Keep the pick aisle clean throughout each shift.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good communication skills both individually and within the Warehouse team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during the Outbound shift, Sunday through Thursday (5:00pm-workload is completed.)  Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
• Punctual and dependable.

Education/Experience:

• High School graduate or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
