Warehouse Logistics Specialist Jobs

We are looking for an experienced logistics warehouse administrator to handle the company's warehouse management and sales logistics work. As the warehouse and logistics specialist of the subsidiary, you will be responsible for carrying out distribution logistics work, arranging orders and shipments, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product delivery. You will closely cooperate with the relevant departments of the subsidiary and the headquarters to ensure smooth operation and management of the subsidiary's warehouse and logistics. In addition, candidates must be able to work in the Portland office.

Responsibility：

l Carry out distribution logistics work, coordinate product delivery, including shipping plans and ensuring timely delivery;

l Arrange ordering from headquarter;

l Backlog analysis and management;

l Responsible for daily and regular inspections of warehouse goods and accounts;

l Communicate with distributors and external warehouses regarding order shipments, monitor logistics processes, and ensure timely delivery;

l Handle customer complaints, return of goods, and payment related matters.

Requirement：

l Technical secondary school or Junior college, speciality in logistics management or related fields;

l At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management related work;

l Good oral and written communication skills;

l Good logical capability, data analysis ability, strong execution, and ability to withstand pressure.

l This position requires on-site work at our office location.
