Warehouse Lead Jobs

Your responsibilities

We are seeking a 1st Shift, Warehouse Leader to maintain communication with customers, management, staff, and vendors. This person may also ensure operational actives remain onetime and in order.

Other Key Accountabilities:

• Execution of projects delegated around the facility, customers, and management.
• Maintain current processes put in place by management as well as assisting in new processes.
• Ensure operational KPI's are met day to day.

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of software applications in a distribution setting (WMS)
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to learn new warehouse applications.
• 2+Years of proven leadership/supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining oraganizational control.
