Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Salary Range: $50k - 55k annually

General

• Responsible for the management of a team activities that include outbound pick/pack/ship, inbound inventory processing, inventory control and other areas/projects as assigned
• Coach, counsel, communicate and motivate staff to exceed client and company standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally interact with assigned staff on various work related issues as they arise
• Correctly record and maintain reporting for all manual activities/projects that requires bill back to the client
• Provide daily support to the operations to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded
• Monitor productivity and quality control processes in assigned areas and make required adjustments to achieve expected benchmarks (Contractual Service Level Agreements)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees to perform their job duties

Qualification Requirements

• Strong leadership skills (lead by example)
• Four year degree preferred
• Successfully cope with and respond to demands from the Operations Manager, subordinates and peers
• Thorough product knowledge
• Keep well informed, follow policy and procedures and display consistency
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; WMS (warehouse management system)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a daily basis
• Set appropriate expectations with employees keeping customer service as a guiding factor
• 2 years, preferably in an Ecommerce same day shipping environment
