Warehouse Associate Jobs

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working warehouse worker/packer. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our warehouse team, ensuring our shipping quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll perform various tasks, including ensuring orders are correctly picked, packed, and shipped, assisting with inventory controls and related warehouse tasks. You will need to be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform inventory counts as directed.
• Meet the deadlines of individual shipping tasks during shift.
• Verify if items picked from bins and physical locations are correct.
• Operate warehouse hardware and equipment (depending on training received)
• Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Work cooperatively with the team members to meet quotas and goals.
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
• Pack and prepare goods for shipment, including ensuring any labels are accurately applied to shipping cases.
• Remove completed or defective products, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
• Check to ensure containers are damage free.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Work on the pick/pack/ship lines with consistent speed and accuracy
• Follow all written and verbal instructions, including compliance to all procedures and processes.

What We Expect From You

Our ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse/production environment. Good communication skills are required.

This candidate must be capable of reading and understanding shipping documents and safety manuals and able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis. In addition, this candidate must be able to operate large industrial machinery (with training and certification).

Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday.
