Warehouse Associate Jobs

Company Overview:
Dynasty Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is an Independent Secondary Distributor located in Lynnwood,
WA. We play a vital role in the pharmaceuticals supply chain for independent pharmacies, long-
term care and other medical facilities and physicians. We provide a link between these entities
and drug manufacturers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include maintaining
and verifying the records of the incoming and outgoing shipments, perform all functions in both
the receiving and shipping departments, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation
while regularly communicating with appropriate staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Accept or return merchandise according to established company procedures.
• Complete information on damages claims for in-transit damage, and handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
• Check, verify and fill daily orders.
• Package and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain internal record-keeping systems.
•Contact customers, vendors or carriers as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Necessary Skills:
• Ability to accurately sort, count and verify items received/shipped.
• Good organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Pharmaceutical warehouse experience is a plus.
