Job Description
This is a great opportunity to participate in a Role Player (actor) capacity for war games exercises at Camp Atterbury, Indiana and Fort Johnson, Louisiana. You do not need to be local - Threat Tec, LLC will pay for travel, lodging, and expenses. The first simulation will be from August 2 - August 29th with more simulations to follow. You will be paid daily as a 1099 employee during the simulation period.


The 1099 Contractor Host Nation Role Players are responsible for replicating Threat Tec military or


government personnel. RPs must possess a minimum of two years of practical real-world experience


in the roles or functions that they simulate for specific Host Nation Security Force (HNSF),


interagency, or HN government roles. RPs will replicate HN personnel conducting training and


combat operations, interacting with Threat Tec personnel serving as liaisons to the HN. RPs will


establish their operations and execute the missions associated with their roles, including conducting


the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and conducting all staff actions necessary to replicate


their units. RPs must be able to withstand repeated training days in inclement weather conditions at


differing locations.


  • Provide feedback to OC/T's and EXCON as requested.
  • Serve as rental car drivers as needed.
  • Maintain competency in military command and control and/or staffing procedures.
  • Conduct scenario rehearsals prior to mission execution.
  • Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Staff Logs and AAR logs for exercise AARs.
  • Learn assigned roles and understand your individual mission.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Assist in the set-up/tear down of replicated TOC environments.
  • Maintain your role throughout the scenario.
  • Meticulously track time requirements during mission execution.
  • Participate in exercise AARs and hot washes.
  • Produce unit and staff products as necessary for your unit mission.
