Waiter/Waitress Jobs

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a skilled and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team! Our successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service while creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patrons, taking food and drink orders, accurately entering orders into our POS system, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal and address any concerns
• Greet guests as they arrive and show them to their table
• Clear tables and prepare them for the next guest
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Take orders for food and drinks
• Provide recommendations to guests and answer any questions about the menu

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tables and orders at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
