Vp Of Information Technology

What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

The Vice President of Information Technology will report to the COO of True Rx Health Strategists. As an integral part of the organization, the VP will develop and lead the overall IT vision and execution in coordination with the organization’s goals and core values. The VP will oversee all of IT including, IT Ops, Security, Integration, Software, Development, etc.

Previous Experience and Abilities:

• Define the IT organization structure and resource needs.
• Plan the 1, 3, and 5 year IT budget
• Establish strong working relationships with organization leaders in the capacity of a trusted advisor on IT matters.
• Implement appropriate vendor management processes.
• Lead and develop IT vision, working closely with the business goals to align and integrate the respective strategies.
• Engage the business and process leaders and lead the collaborative planning effort to leverage emerging technologies for addressing strategic organization goals.
• Anticipate the FTE and system needs of the IT and business teams based on the business direction.
• Communicate the practical implications of system selection and implementation, architectural decisions, issues and plans to leadership.

• Responsible for the day-today operations of global network, storage, security, enterprise architecture, integrations, and telecommunications infrastructure (including phone and video conferencing).
• Development, oversight and enforcement of IT policies, procedures and plans for security, desktops and infrastructure based on industry-standard best practices.

Ideally you have:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree, preferred. At least 10 years of previous experience in managing people and IT.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience in developing and implementing data management strategy to drive innovation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with complex integrations with third parties
• Driven personality excited about helping the business and the team grow.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing and maintaining effective relationships in diverse organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in latest technologies for IT systems and management.
• Prior management experience, including infrastructure and platform development for the organization.
