Job Description
The Vice President of Implementations is responsible for delivering against the business goals in Payments related specifically to client implementations. This individual will provide strategic leadership to the implementation team, collaborate closely with other client-facing and non-client facing departments, and be responsible for accurate execution of implementations, seamless client experiences and employee engagement.


Responsibilities


  • Build the “voice of the customer” and associated client satisfaction metrics (internal and external) into implementation processes and tools
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting on the operating conditions and progress for implementations and the implementations pipeline
  • Drive employee motivation and belonging by fostering an environment of high performance, fun, collaboration and resilience
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations in the implementation team, including troubleshooting and issue resolution – maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Develop a tight internal network of key stakeholders including individuals in sales, account management, IT, product, finance, client experience, marketing and other teams
  • Maintain awareness and communicate market and industry trends as relevant to the Payments business unit
  • Partner across Payments to develop and maintain systems, processes, and people approaches designed to accommodate client needs and rapid growth objectives for implementations
  • Grow next-level leaders including successors for Director-level+ positions by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent (including sharing talent across account management, sales, client experience and other areas)

Experiences + Background:


  • Some travel may be require
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare business management or related field; MBA preferred
  • Client-facing experience including management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and/or conflicting priorities
  • Experience with managing capital expenditure planning, budgets to support strategic business plans
  • Experience successfully leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid and/or remote working environment
  • 10+ years of related experience (healthcare operations or technology software implementation including capturing functional requirements and translating into technical requirements)
