Virtual Social Media And Content Manager 5 Hours Per Week (Ic-Hk)

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Curate, schedule, and post content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
• Podcast Outreach: Research and compile a list of relevant podcasts. Reach out to podcasts, pitch the client as a guest, schedule appearances, and coordinate necessary materials
• Content Calendar and Planning: Create a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals. Generate ideas for blog posts, social media content, and newsletters
• Newsletter Creation: Develop engaging newsletters using ConvertKit, including crafting content, incorporating links and images, and maintaining consistent communication with subscribers
• Branding and Templates: Develop Canva templates for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Maintain consistent branding across platforms
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude
• Content Creation and Repurposing: Repurpose existing content and create new content, including blog posts, newsletters, and captions. Write, edit, and optimize blog posts for SEO

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in traveling on a budget or with points is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media is a must
• Strong tech-savvy skills and the ability to work effectively with digital tools
• Proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, ConvertKit, Canva, ClickUp, and Manychat
• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with potential for increased availability based on workload
• Dependable team player with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Familiarity with MST, CST, or EST Time Zones
