Job Description
This role is located on-site in Bloomington, MN. Considered candidates must live within a commutable distance of this locations address.
As a Virtual Sales Supervisor, you'll lead the home theater team inside our virtual store provide excellent customer experiences via phone, video or chat. You'll provide leadership including making key process and policy decisions as well as implementing and enforcing operational processes You'll also provide great employee experiences, including development and performance management. In this role, you will supervise the daily activities of up to 30 employees.
What you'll do
  • Coaching and train your team to meet business results by achieving revenue, margin and operational targets
  • Act as a peer lead during designated shifts in specific skillset areas
  • Understand business finance concepts and use your knowledge to drive results
  • Troubleshoot system issues across all virtual system platforms
  • Identify opportunities within virtual sales to improve customer and employee experiences and create plans to drive company priorities
  • Lead and monitor virtual sales platforms to solve in the moment issues across all categories
Basic qualifications
  • Proven ability to drive performance and improve business results
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
  • Proven ability to effectively coach and develop people
  • 1 year of experience supervising or managing large teams
  • Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred qualifications
  • One year of consumer electronics industry experience
  • Expert knowledge of functions, systems, tools and technology including customer relationship management tools and workforce management tools such as Aspect
  • Experience with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior experience working in a sales-driven, goal-oriented environment
